Product Refund

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged, defective, or having received the wrong item. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item. 

To start a refund, you can contact us at cars4christt@gmail.com. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days after you have sent the email.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you an email confirming your request followed by your full item refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

We also do not accept item returns, only refunds for damaged products.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to refund the item you have, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
